Sonia is currently the EVP Exploration and Geoscience for Endeavour Mining. She previously covered the role of VP Exploration and VP BHP Xplor at BHP. In 2022 she launched and run the BHP Xplor Accelerator program and prior to that she held several leadership roles in BHP. She has a PhD from ETH - Zurich and an MBA from the London Business School. She serves as a board advisor for Deep Energy Capital.
