Presentation Rooms

Presentation Rooms are a great way to enhance an organization’s visibility, launch a product, present a workshop, meet clients and prospects and/or make a presentation about your mining jurisdiction or company. Room capacities range from approximately 120 - 190 people.

All Presentation Rooms are located in the North Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) and are available for rental from Sunday, March 3 - Wednesday March 6, 2024.

Half day: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm or 2:00 – 6:00 pm
Full day: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

Rental Fee: 

HALF DAY RENTAL:  $4,336.28 + $563.72 HST = $4,900.00 CAD

FULL DAY RENTAL:  $8,495.58 + $1,104.42 HST = $9,600.00 CAD

All Presentation & Reception room renters are required to make arrangements to carry property and liability insurance for a minimum of $3,000,000. Renters must be prepared to show proof of coverage upon request.

Reception Room

The Reception Room is ideal for small receptions of 50 to 100 people.

Room 203D in the North Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) and is available for rental from Sunday, March 3 – Wednesday, March 6, 2024. This room can be rented in 2 hour increments.

2 hour increments between the hours of 8:00 am - 8:30 pm

Rental Fee: 

TWO HOUR BLOCK:  $2,212.39 + $287.61 HST = $2,500.00 CAD

Audio visual equipment and technical support (including translation services)
•  Available through AV-Canada, our exclusive audio visual provider
•  Please note that the floor plans provided reflect the maximum capacity of the rooms with 2 (two) translation booths installed
    •  The use of two booths are necessary if you require simultaneous interpretation for your session. Interpreters cannot share a booth
    •  If your session does not require simultaneous interpretation, additional seating will be added to the room in place of the booths

Food and beverage
•  Available through the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC), the exclusive food and beverage provider for all events in the building

Lead retrieval devices
•  Available through Conexsys

Furniture/décor rentals in excess of the items noted in the standard room setup
•  Available through the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) and/or GES, our exclusive providers

Once the room rental has been confirmed, PDAC will provide contact information for the vendors noted above.


Please note that applications from organizations that meet our eligibility requirement will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Payment will be requested after applications are accepted and the room will be tentatively booked. Payment must be received within 10 business days in order to maintain and confirm this booking, otherwise it will be offered to the next group on the wait list.
