Jeff Swinoga

Jeff Swinoga, CPA, CA, MBA, is a senior mining executive, corporate director and capital markets leader with more than 25 years of experience across exploration, development, mine construction, operations, governance and project finance.

Jeff is Executive Chair of ICG Silver & Gold, Chair of Scandium Canada, President and Hive Partner at Hive Advisory, and a director of Radisson Mining Resources and LaFleur Minerals. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of PDAC and Chair of PDAC’s Audit Committee.

Previously, Jeff served as President, CEO and Director of Exploits Discovery Corp. / Epic Gold Corp.; President and CEO of First Mining Gold; CFO of Torex Gold Resources, Hudbay Minerals, North American Palladium and Golden Star Resources; and National Mining and Metals Co-Leader and Partner at EY Canada. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years at Barrick Gold in senior finance roles, including project-finance responsibilities for major international mining projects.

Jeff has extensive experience leading and advising public mining companies through capital raising, project financing, M&A, governance, strategic repositioning and transitions from exploration and development through construction and production. He holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and an Honours Economics degree from the University of Western Ontario.
