Renewing Membership
How to Renew:
1. Login to membership profile with username and password
(Corporate Representative and Booth Representative only)
To retrieve user credentials, click ‘Recover my Username’ or ‘Forgot my Password’ and a reset email will sent to your primary email address on file. If you have a new email address or would like to confirm the current Corporate Representative for your company, contact PDAC. The Corporate Representative can modify their personal contact information by selecting 'Update Individual Membership Profile'.

How to Join:
1. Create an account
Under ‘New to PDAC’ on the login screen
2. Become a new corporate member
You also have the option to click ‘Create an Account’ and sign in with a username and password. If you choose this option, you will be directed to the dashboard to apply for corporate membership. If you do not see 'Become a New Corporate Member' on your dashboard, contact PDAC.
3. Complete application and submit payment
Fill in contact information for company and corporate representative, choose membership type and select 'Proceed to Checkout'.
To obtain a receipt, return to your home screen and click 'Corporate Transaction History'.

- One complimentary exhibit booth in the Investors Exchange or Trade Show. Class A members that choose not to accept a complimentary booth are entitled to 10 complimentary All Access Pass convention registrations
- One guaranteed speaking slot in the Corporate Presentation Forum for Investors (CPFI)
- A VIP experience for one individual that includes an all access pass, a dedicated registration desk, access to an exclusive lounge, continental breakfast and light refreshments daily, administrative support, semi-private meeting rooms for up to 10 guests (non-VIP attendees permitted) and business services such as internet, telephone, and photocopying

General
No, individuals and companies from anywhere in the world can join the PDAC.
PDAC membership is based on the calendar year from January 1 through December 31. If you renew or join between October 1 and December 31, you will enjoy membership through the next calendar year.
Membership numbers are displayed on your member dashboard and on your receipt/invoice under customer ID.
Individual members must login to their membership profile at events.pdac.ca and click, “Update Individual Membership Profile”.
Corporate member representatives (and booth representatives) must login to their profile at events.pdac.ca and click, “Update Corporate Membership Profile” to modify company details. Corporate representatives can update their own contact information by clicking, “Update Individual Membership Profile”.
To obtain an individual membership invoice or receipt, login to your profile at events.pdac.ca and click, “Invoices/Receipts” under Individual Membership.
To obtain a corporate membership invoice or receipt, the corporate member representative or booth representative can login to their respective profile and click “Invoices/Receipts” under Corporate Membership.
Corporate Membership
The annual corporate membership fee for junior mining and non‐mining organizations is $437.50 CAD plus applicable taxes. The fees for producing mining companies are based on the company’s market capitalization. Click here to view the full list of corporate membership benefits.

Each corporate membership includes one complimentary individual membership which is assigned to the corporate representative. Any other employees of the corporate member organization wishing to take advantage of member benefits must purchase their own individual membership(s).
This individual serves as the primary point of contact for all communications regarding corporate membership and is responsible for renewing. The corporate representative enjoys all the benefits individual membership has to offer, including discounted rates on registration for our annual convention and short courses, complimentary member-only webinars, and more.
No. Corporate members receive a substantial discount on exhibiting at our annual convention but membership is not required in order to exhibit.
No. New and renewing exhibitors who would like to take advantage of the discounted member rate can complete the corporate membership and exhibitor applications at the same time. Booth representatives must login to their respective profile and click on "PDAC 2025 Exhibitor Application" under the Booth Management heading.
Only corporate member representatives and booth reps can login to their respective profiles to renew or apply for their company's corporate membership. To change your corporate member representative, your current corporate member representative (or an individual on their behalf), must login to their profile and click “Update Corporate Membership Representative” under Corporate Membership. For assistance, please contact info@pdac.ca.
RENEWING – corporate member representatives (or individuals acting on their behalf) must login to their profile and click, "Renew 2025 Corporate Membership" under Corporate Membership.
