Dr. Nicole Adshead-Bell is a geologist with nearly three decades of navigating the wild and often bewildering world of mining and finance. She's dabbled in everything from geology consulting, fund management and investment banking to resource company executive and director roles – basically, if it involves rocks, stocks and risk, she's probably been there, done that. Along the way, she’s kicked rocks (literally and sometimes with geologists who still use compasses) on 300+ exploration, development and mining projects across six continents, developing a keen eye for what works and what doesn’t.
