Exhibit Hall Hours:

10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Sunday-Tuesday)*
9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Wednesday)*
*Exhibit hall hours subject to change

*Exhibitor Staff Pass holders may access the floor as of 7 a.m. on Sunday, 8 a.m. on Monday/Tuesday, and 7 a.m. on Wednesday.

All-Access Pass holders will not be granted early access to the exhibit floors.

In-Booth Events

Exhibitors wishing to hold events in their booth on show days either pre-show, during, or post-show hours are required to submit an In-booth event request form. Show management will accept request forms only from the Booth Representative. In-booth event application forms are due no later than Feb. 10, 2026.

Voyage Control

The MTCC uses an on-line loading dock booking system for reserving a loading dock date/time, powered by Voyage Control. This service helps you to reserve a time slot for moving your materials directly in and out of the MTCC loading docks.

If you require the loading docks, please fill out the PDAC Voyage Control Request Form.

Exhibit Management sends out regular communications via email, highlighting important deadlines, dates and processes. These communications are sent only to the Booth Representative on file. A copy of all past communications can be found here.
