All Presentation & Reception Rooms are located in the North Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Please note, availability is limited for Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Monday is sold out.

A Presentation Room is a great way to enhance an organization’s visibility, launch a product, present a workshop, meet clients and prospects and/or make a presentation about your mining jurisdiction or company. 

All Presentation Rooms are located in the North Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC). Room capacities range from 120-190 people.



Availability
Half or full day:
Half day: 8 a.m.-12 p.m.Half day: 2 p.m.-6 p.m.Full day: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.

Rental Fee

(Room rental fee only. Food & beverage (F&B) and audio visual (AV) available at an additional cost)

Half day:

$4,336.28+$563.71(HST)=$4,600.00  

Full day: 

$8,495+$1,104.42 (HST)=$9,600.01  

 

  • Rental of a Presentation Room on Level 200 of the MTCC, during the designated time period
  • Digital signage, located at the entrance to the assigned room, that displays the session name, the organizer's name and the time of the event
  • Standard room set up:

    • Raised head table for three (3) people maximum (cannot be increased due to fire regulations)

    • Theatre seating set to maximum capacity, as outlined on the floor plans
    • Food and Beverage tables, as outlined on floor plans below

    • One (1) podium

    • One (1) coat rack

    • One (1) skirted registration table with two (2) chairs, located outside of your Presentation Room
  • Peripheral security on Level 200 at the MTCC

    • Renters who require dedicated security must procure it at their own expense
  • New for 2026: ASR will be provided at no cost in Presentation & Reception Rooms when a basic audio package is purchased from AV-Canada.

    ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) uses artificial intelligence technology to translate spoken language into readable text. It is a required support for individuals with hearing loss. ASR is accessed from a personal device for real-time viewing and/or translation of session content in 65 output languages.

Our Reception Room is perfect for hosting small to medium sized networking events, breakfast/lunch seminars or receptions from 70-100 people.

    • Banquet tables and chairs (rounds of 10 for 80 people with no food or rounds of 10 for 70 people with food purchase). As outlined on the floor plan

    • Dedicated washrooms

  • Available through Conexsys, our exclusive provider

Once the room rental has been confirmed, PDAC will provide contact information for the vendors noted above.

*Please note that applications from organizations that meet our eligibility requirement will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. An official confirmation will be sent and payment will be requested after applications are tentatively accepted. Payment must be received within 10 business days in order to finalize a booking, otherwise it will be offered to the next group on the wait list.
