Stephen has been a practicing geophysicist and minerals explorer for over 35 years, the last 15 of those in BHP. He has contributed to and managed a number of successful exploration and innovation programs, the latter including programs in data science application, geophysical acquisition technology and ore deposit science. Stephen is currently Technical Lead for the BHP Multiphysics program.
