PDAC announces Board Directors elected at 2026 Annual and Special Meeting of Members

Toronto, Ontario (March 1, 2026) – The Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) is pleased to announce the election of three individuals to its Board of Directors following the association’s Annual and Special Meeting of Members, held on March 1, 2026.

“PDAC benefits from a board that reflects the breadth of experience across Canada’s mineral exploration and development sector,” said PDAC President Karen Rees. “I look forward to working with our directors as we continue to support our members and provide strong governance for the association.”

The following individuals were elected to PDAC’s Board of Directors for three-year terms:

  • E. Anne Johnson
  • MaryAnn Mihychuk
  • Kevin Neyedley

The following individuals were confirmed as PDAC officers:

  • President: Karen Rees
  • First Vice-President: Scott Parsons
  • Second Vice-President: Conrad Dix
  • Executive Director: Lisa McDonald
  • Treasurer: James Lusby
  • Secretary: Maria Milanova

The PDAC Board of Directors provides governance oversight and strategic direction for the association, supporting its mandate to advance responsible mineral exploration and development. Directors are elected annually by PDAC members at the Annual Meeting of Members each March.

The next call for nominations to PDAC’s Board of Directors will open in September 2026.
