I have been working in the mineral exploration industry since 2005. When I started in the industry, I worked on the side of First Nations but I soon began to realize that real help was needed by industry, thus started my consultancy working on behalf of industry to assist companies in navigating their way in building relationships with Indigenous communities and helping them to design their approach.  Along the way, I have had several opportunities to volunteer for organizations like AME BC, Geoscience BC CIM and PDAC.  I am also on the Board of Kodiak Copper as an Independent Director.

I also spend time on public speaking engagements and lecturing.  For the past several years I have been lecturing at UBC at the Mining School of Engineering on the topic of Reconciliation.
