Charlee Johnson has been instrumental in the design of the BHP Xplor program. She started her career at BHP in 2011 and has held various leadership positions, including Onshore Land, Portfolio Strategy & Development, and Exploration. She further refined her leadership skills as the Chief of Staff to the VP of Exploration & Appraisal. Prior to BHP, Charlee gained experience at Shell starting in 2007. She pursued her academic studies in Finance and Accounting at The University of Oklahoma and later obtained her MBA from The University of Houston. Charlee's expertise lies in program design and execution, and she is passionate about connecting companies with a diverse network of partners.
