PDAC has engaged in extensive consultations with hotels and Destination Toronto to advocate for reasonable hotel rates on behalf of members, exhibitors and attendees. Unfortunately, some hotels have maintained aggressive price increases. We encourage Convention participants to explore all available accommodation options in Toronto, and to book rooms early.
Please note:
- Rates and the number of rooms at a given rate are limited. After room blocks are sold out, rates are set at the sole discretion of the hotel.
- All rates noted below are subject to tax (MAT and HST)

Reserve directly with hotels - Beware of Fraudulent Phone Calls, Emails and Websites
The event industry is experiencing pervasive issues with fraudulent phone calls, emails and websites. You may be offered hotel reservation assistance and/or discounted hotel rates. Please note that PDAC hotels nor agents will not contact you directly to book your stay. You must contact your hotel of choice directly. PDAC does NOT use 3rd party housing bureaus.
