From the National University Jorge Basadre in Tacna, Peru. Honored by the Peruvian Geological Society with the Jorge Injoque Award in 2004 for the best geological thesis in Peru. Graduated from the Executive Management program at Adolfo Ibañez University in Chile and from the Accelerated Development Program at London Business School.
With more than 20 years of experience in copper and gold mineral exploration, with strong background in Andean exploration for hydrothermal systems. Currently, I serve as Vice President of Exploration LATAM at Barrick Mining Corp, having previously held the position of Exploration Manager for Peru - Ecuador. From 2004 to 2022, I occupied various positions at Anglo American.
