Alexander Antonov

Alexander Antonov is a renowned geological engineer, Professor, and Doctor of Science with over 60 years of expertise in mineral exploration and economic geology, with a focus on Central Asia and Uzbekistan. He is a member of the International Society for Geology Applied to Mineral Deposits (SGA), a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Natural Resources, and a Foreign Academician of the Kazakh Academy of Mineral Resources. Dr. Antonov has held senior executive and advisory positions at international mining companies including B2 Gold and TECK, where he led exploration and development efforts across Central Asia. He is the author of 92 scientific publications on geology and mineral economics and is fluent in both Russian and English.
