Blair Hrabi

Blair Hrabi, MSc, PGeo is a Principal Consultant at SRK Consulting with 30 years of experience as a structural geologist in the exploration industry, government geological surveys and academic settings mapping and modelling the lithology, structure, and mineral deposits in deformed Archean to Paleozoic terranes. Blair is an expert in the regional- and deposit-scale structural controls on ore deposits, including orogenic gold, epithermal silver-gold, and base metal deposits. He applies his expertise to integrating field, open pit, and underground mapping to build geologically sound 3D structural and lithological models to support exploration targeting, resource estimation, underground and open pit geotechnical studies. He also has extensive experience in the compilation and integration of diverse data sets including aeromagnetic data to understand the evolution and geometry of complex, mineralized terranes, and to aid in GIS-based exploration targeting and prospectivity analysis.
