Conor Grieve

Conor is Strategy, Transformation and Transactions consultant based in Montreal. He specializes in sustainable value creation through innovation, market analysis and response, and organizational design. Conor focuses on the mining and metals, energy and finance sectors, where he supports organizational leaders in understanding sustainability risks and opportunities and structuring their organizations to meet these challenges. Conor has conducted climate change risk assessments focused on valuing climate resiliency across the mining sector. He developed the approach included within the Mining Association of Canada’s Climate Adaption Guidance built upon existing work his team had been conducting in the private sector. Conor has since supported climate change adaptation, decarbonization and broadly value creation through sustainability across the mining sector.
