He currently serves as Senior Exploration Manager for South Americas at Gold Fields, where he oversees exploration projects in Chile and Peru, while also leading the search for new opportunities throughout the region. His experience includes property management, project evaluation, targeting, budgeting, and the execution of large-scale exploration programs.
