Gianni Bartolacci is a mining technology leader with over 34 years of experience in mineral processing. Since 2021, he has been part of one of the world’s largest mining companies, where he supports the development of new mining projects and the enhancement of value from existing operations.
As Director of Mining Technology, Gianni leads multidisciplinary teams focused on the development and deployment of innovative beneficiation and extraction technologies, with a particular emphasis on critical and strategic minerals. His work bridges applied research, pilot‑scale testing, and industrial implementation to enable sustainable and value‑driven resource development.
