Ivan Bebek

Mr. Bebek has over 25 years of experience in financing, foreign negotiations, and acquisitions within the mineral exploration industry. He brings a strong understanding of the capital markets and a track record of building exploration companies through disciplined capital allocation, sound governance, and responsible project advancement, with a focus on long term value creation.

Mr. Bebek was formerly Executive Chairman of Auryn Resources, from which Coppernico Metals and Tier One Silver were successfully spun out, while Auryn transitioned into Fury Gold Mines. Prior to Auryn, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Co Founder of Cayden Resources, which was acquired by Agnico Eagle Mines for $205 million in November 2014. He was also a Co Founder of Keegan Resources, which advanced a five million ounce gold discovery and is now producing as Galiano Gold.

At Coppernico Metals, Mr. Bebek emphasizes early and ongoing engagement with local communities and authorities, including support for sustainable development initiatives such as the AGROIDEAS program in Peru, which promotes agricultural productivity and economic resilience in host communities. He currently serves as Chair and Director of Tier One Silver and continues to focus on building companies grounded in responsible development practices, transparent capital markets engagement, and constructive stakeholder relationships.
