Jonathan Gloyn-Jones, MSc, is a Senior Consultant (Structural Geology) at SRK Consulting with over 9 years of applied academic and professional experience and proven track record resolving geology, mining, geotechnical, resource and exploration challenges within structurally-complex precious and base metal deposits across a wide range of Proterozoic to Archaean terranes throughout Africa, North America, Central Asia and the Middle East. Jonathan has an advanced understanding of greenstone and shear zone hosed orogenic gold systems and the structural controls governing their formation and post-mineralization modification. He specializes in advanced structural mapping, core logging, characterization, analysis, geophysical data interpretation and 3D implicit modelling of structurally-complex ore deposits/prospects with emphasis on how geological structures affect and are integrated into resource and geotechnical evaluation, targeting and mine-planning.
