Josee Filion

Josee was born and raised in Northern Ontario. Currently residing in Lively, just west of the Greater City of Sudbury, Josee has become a valuable member of the Power North team. In her capacity of Indigenous Relations and Business Opportunities coordinator, Josee is applying her vast experience in customer relations while bringing her teamwork approach to every aspect of her work while foundationally building a strong network. She is a band member of Dokis First Nation in the French River area and as with many Anishinaabe people, she is on a journey of discovery and reconciliation. Josee enjoys spending time with her family, spending time outdoors at her family’s camps on Lake Panache and being part of her niece and nephews childhood.
