Originally from Chile, she built her professional career in Canada, where her work has focused on sustainability, community impacts, and responsible mining practices across diverse operational and cultural contexts.
Currently working at Epiroc, a global mining technology organization, as a Sustainability Management Specialist, she leads the development and execution of sustainability and Inclusion & Diversity strategies closely aligned with business performance. Her work emphasizes translating ESG commitments into measurable outcomes, strengthening talent attraction and retention, enhancing organizational resilience, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures both within Epiroc and across customer operations.
With a global perspective and a strong academic background in responsible mining, her approach integrates technical engineering expertise with social insight.
