Kendra Johnston is Assistant Deputy Minister of the Mines Competitiveness and Authorizations Division for the Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals, within the Government of British Columbia (BC). Before joining government in late 2025, Kendra was Managing Director at PearTree Securities Inc. and prior to that, was President & CEO of the Association for Mineral Exploration BC and President & Director of Independence Gold Corp.
