Kim Swanzey is a Partner in KPMG Canada’s Infrastructure, Capital Projects & Sustainability Team. Kim works with mining companies at the intersection of environmental performance, social license, and governance/compliance. She helps mining companies to operate responsibly, maintain stakeholder trust, and meet regulatory and investor expectations

Kim’s work focuses on identifying and managing business risks and opportunities through practical, purpose-driven strategies. Kim brings a strong, experience-based social and human-rights perspective to mining and value-chain management. She works to embed community perspectives, promote both physical and psychological safety, and support informed participation in planning and management.
