Her career spans exploration, production, and geometallurgy, showcasing her versatility and dedication to driving innovation. Laurisha has contributed to projects around the globe, including Australia, South America, Canada, the Dominican Republic, and several countries in Africa. A proven leader, Laurisha served as Chair of the CIM Toronto Branch 2024/2025, fostering collaboration and professional growth within the mining community. Laurisha holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology from Western University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Extractive Metallurgy from Murdoch University.
