Leni Keough

Leni F. Keough, HBSc, P.Geo., is President and CEO of Olivut Resources Ltd. and a geologist with more than 30 years of experience in mineral and diamond exploration. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, she was actively involved in the early Canadian diamond exploration boom, contributing to an early discovery program in Saskatchewan and to a discovery program in the Lac de Gras region of the Northwest Territories which led to the eventual development of the Diavik Diamond Mine. A founding principal of Olivut, Ms. Keough has led exploration programs in Canada and internationally and is currently advancing exploration projects in the western and northwestern regions of the NWT. She is actively involved in field operations and capital markets and is a past Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) and was involved in the early development of the Mining Matters program. She has also served on the Northwest Territories Mineral Advisory Board and currently serves as Treasurer and Executive Board member of the NWT and NU Chamber of Mines.
