Loren Stoddard is a senior diplomat and economic development leader with more than 20 years of experience building high-impact public-private partnerships across emerging markets. As a former USAID senior advisor, he led multi-billion-dollar portfolios spanning energy, trade, and infrastructure programs across Africa, Latin America, and conflict-affected regions.
A specialist in stakeholder engagement in fragile jurisdictions, Loren directed flagship initiatives such as Power Africa’s clean-energy expansion and Afghanistan’s rural trade development programs—linking government, private sector, and communities to drive shared prosperity.
He now applies this expertise to the mining and critical-minerals sector as Founder and CEO of Veridicor, which provides independent License to Operate verification and stakeholder-performance intelligence for companies operating in high-risk environments. Loren holds an MBA and a Master of International Management (MIM) from Arizona State University and the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
