Mustafa is a geologist with 10 years of experience across multiple commodities of base and precious metal deposits. His proficiencies include structural geology, geological and mineralization modelling, data auditing and database management. Assisted management of some early-stage exploration projects that successfully turned out as mineral resource development projects. Mine geology experience involved grade control procedures, QA\QC, sampling, stockpile heterogeneity, and resource to mill reconciliation. Prior experience includes providing training on Leapfrog Geo and Leapfrog Edge in the EMEA.
