Nadine Grant
Nadine Grant is Vice President of International Programs and Business Development at Plan International Canada, where she leads global strategy, humanitarian response, technical advisory, and innovative finance initiatives. With over 30 years of experience across four continents, Nadine has held senior roles with the United Nations Development Programme, World Bank, Save the Children Canada, CARE, and Aga Khan Foundation Canada, as well as corporate social engagement leadership in Madagascar.
Since joining Plan International Canada in 2009, Nadine has driven significant growth, securing more than $1.5 billion in grants and building high-performing teams that deliver impact in some of the world’s most challenging environments. She is deeply committed to advancing girls’ rights, amplifying girls’ leadership, and driving progress that benefits children, families, and communities worldwide. Nadine has pioneered innovative cross-sector partnerships and launched Plan Catalyst, the organization’s consulting arm.
Her career includes long-term assignments in the Republic of Congo, Pakistan/Afghanistan border, Papua New Guinea, Madagascar, and India, complemented by short-term missions in East Timor, Georgia, Sri Lanka, and Peru. Nadine’s work reflects Plan International Canada’s belief that when girls lead, entire communities rise and progress for girls leads to progress for all. Based in Toronto, she is a proud mother of three young adults.
