Nicole Adshead-Bell

Dr. Nicole Adshead-Bell brings 30 years of global mining sector expertise spanning technical, capital markets and executive leadership roles. Originally trained as a geologist, her career has taken her from grassroots exploration to fund management, investment banking, executive leadership, and board governance. Nicole is the Founder of Cupel Advisory Corp., an active investor in the mining sector and advisor to mining companies, institutional funds and government entities. She previously transitioned from Independent Director to CEO & Managing Director of Beadell Resources, leading an operational turnaround and financing via M&A – selling the company for a 69% premium. Her background also includes Director of Mining Research at Sun Valley Gold, a former SEC-registered precious metals fund, and Managing Director, Investment Banking at Haywood Securities, where she was involved in >C$1.8 billion of equity/convertible debt financings and >20 M&A transactions. With more than 30 years of cumulative board experience across exploration, development, and mining companies listed in Australia, Canada, the UK, and the US, Nicole combines technical insight with capital markets expertise. Over her career, she has assessed over 250 exploration, development and mining projects across six continents.
