Rowan Phendler

Rowan is a Partner in Granger Reis’s Natural Resources practice, bringing 15 years of expertise in supporting boards, senior executives, and management teams across the mining, oil and gas, and renewable energy sectors. His experience spans Africa, Australia, Asia, Europe, and the Americas, giving him a truly global perspective on resource industries. Before joining Granger Reis, Rowan served as the Global Head of Natural Resources at Cripps Leadership Advisors. Prior to that, he was Director of Human Capital at Tetra Tech, a Nasdaq-listed engineering consultancy and EPCM firm. Originally from Montréal, Canada, Rowan is fully bilingual in English and French. Rowan holds a degree in Economics, an MBA in Global Leadership, and an Executive Certificate from Wharton
