Attendees and exhibitors with a valid PDAC 2027 pass may reserve these free, semi-private meeting rooms. Reservations are limited to one 60-minute meeting per day per attendee or exhibitor, with a strict maximum capacity of 10 people.
Entry requirements: Both the organizer and all guests must have a valid PDAC 2027 Convention pass to access the South Meeting Space. If anyone in your group does not have a pass, please reserve a room in the North Meeting Space instead. The organizer is to remain present for the duration of the meeting.
Complimentary Wi-Fi and an accessible power outlet with a power bar are provided. Please note that the wireless network may not reliably support high-bandwidth activities like video streaming, virtual call-ins, or VPN access. Please download essential meeting materials to a laptop.
