Caroline Donally

Caroline Donally has more than 27 years of experience in mining investment, strategy and finance across North and South America, Africa and Asia. She is a Managing Partner of Sprott Inc. and Managing Partner of Sprott Resource Streaming and Royalty, where she leads investment strategy, origination and structuring, institutional fundraising and portfolio management. Prior to joining Sprott, Caroline spent almost a decade as Managing Director at Denham Capital, where she led a US$1 billion global mining investment portfolio. She worked closely with portfolio companies on strategy, M&A, capital allocation, financing and operational development, including advancing mining projects from feasibility through construction and into production. Earlier in her career, Caroline spent 10 years with Investec Bank and Rand Merchant Bank providing project, development and structured finance to mining companies. Caroline currently serves on the boards of Torex Gold Resources Inc. and Major Drilling Group International Inc. She previously served on the boards of Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. and Highland Copper Company Inc. She holds degrees from the University of South Africa and the University of the Witwatersrand and is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
