Conrad Dix

Conrad Dix is a geoscientist with 30 years of global exploration experience. He joined Agnico Eagle in 2020 and currently leads exploration across Nunavut. A specialist in responsible exploration, health and safety, and sustainable development, he oversees exploration programs throughout the territory and champions practices that respect the environment and northern communities. His leadership combines deep technical expertise with a commitment to continuous improvement, fostering a culture of safety, integrity, collaboration, and operational excellence. Conrad also serves as Second Vice President of the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC), sits on its Board of Directors, and chairs the Health and Safety Committee. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist with both Professional Geoscientists Ontario (PGO) and the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists (NAPEG).
