Freddy Brookes

Freddy is an environment consultant with over 18 years of experience in major multidisciplinary and strategic project impact assessment studies. Freddy has delivered technical inputs to a diverse suite of ESIA/EIA and ESDD projects under IFI and National legislative standards. Freddy has worked extensively on power, oil and gas, infrastructure and mining projects globally delivering impact assessments to IFC PS6 standards including devising and delivering biodiversity offsetting strategy. Freddy has led biodiversity baseline surveys; impact assessments and critical habitat work working closely with clients, lenders and other stakeholders to ensure that the rigor of biodiversity assessment and offsetting (if required) is delivered to accord with good international practice.
