With nearly 15 years of experience in the mining industry, Laurisha Bynoe has built a strong reputation for integrating geological expertise with operational excellence. She has been instrumental in projects that have converted over 10 million ounces to measured and indicated resources. Her career spans exploration, production, and geometallurgy, showcasing her versatility and dedication to driving innovation. Laurisha has contributed to projects around the globe, including Australia, South America, Canada, the Dominican Republic, and several countries in Africa. A proven leader, Laurisha also serves as Chair of the CIM Toronto Branch, fostering collaboration and professional growth within the mining community. Laurisha holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology from Western University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Extractive Metallurgy from Murdoch University. She is an advocate for knowledge sharing and continues to shape the future of mining through her leadership and technical acumen.
