LISA DAVIS

As CEO of PearTree Securities Inc., Lisa runs a firm focused on structured financing for Canadian resource companies. She also heads up the legal and operations functions of PearTree Financial Services Ltd., Canada’s leading provider of flow-through donation financing services.
Prior to joining Peartree, Lisa was General Counsel for a specialized investment fund administering more than $3B in assets. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, she was a partner at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (now Dentons) specializing in corporate and securities law. While at FMC, she spent 15 months on secondment to the Ontario Securities Commission. In 2010, she earned her ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

MICHAEL LONG

Michael is a Partner in KPMG’s mining tax practice in Toronto, Canada with over 10 years of professional experience. He is a leader in providing tax services to Canadian and multinational companies, with a specialized focus in the mining industry. Michael is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
