What inspired you to pursue a career in the mineral industry?

While studying Engineering at University of Toronto, I was successful in having good summer jobs to support payment of tuition and living. These included working underground at Uranium mine in Ontario; summer with OGS mapping crew in Ontario; summer working on seismic in Alberta; mineral exploration and geophysics in Newfoundland.

What project stands out as the most rewarding in your career, and why?

Discovery and development of the Noranda deposit on Newman Peninsula in BC. This was near the beginning of my career and lead to further exploration projects and successful application of geophysical techniques in both exploration and development!
