Russell Menezes

Russell, CEO and co-founder of RadiXplore, began his career as a geologist, where he encountered the significant challenges of managing data in the resources sector. This experience led him to transition into data science and software development, where he focused on improving data workflows for the industry. Before RadiXplore, he founded RadixGeo, a consultancy leveraging automation and machine learning to enhance resource data management. Now, through RadiXplore, Russell is advancing the use of AI—specifically deep learning and natural language processing—to unlock insights from unstructured geological reports, bridging the gap between raw data and mineral discoveries. His current focus is on integrating open-file unstructured mining data into the RadiXplore platform to support more efficient and informed decision-making.
