This session will introduce MEC Mining, a female-led global consultancy reshaping how studies are delivered and implemented across the mining value chain. They will begin with a brief introduction to their multidisciplinary team, global reach, and integrated consulting-plus-embedded model. Then explore how MEC is changing the face of studies through their Resources-to-Reserves (R2R) approach and new tools that reduce consultancy hours while increasing the robustness and defensibility of decisions. Finally, MEC show how these insights are taken from the page to the pit through embedded expertise onsite, enabling practical implementation, skills transfer and accelerated value creation for clients worldwide.
