The Exploration Insights Working Group is soliciting presentations on technical or academic abstracts. 

Presentations of a promotional nature are not appropriate for this forum.

To be considered for an Exploration Insights opportunity, you must submit an online application form. All applications will be reviewed by the Working Group and opportunities will be assigned based on the material content presented in the application alone.  

Exploration Insights features new concepts, methods, and case studies that advance mineral exploration and lead to discoveries. We welcome technical presentations that show exploration (geoscience) technologies having generated new targets, confirmed new discoveries, or materially expanded known deposits.

Scope (your submission needs to meet at least one):

  • New discovery of a mineral deposit or extension.
  • Significant increase to mineral resources or mineral reserves attributable to exploration work (last 1–3 years).
  • New or improved exploration techniques validated by drilling or equivalent field evidence.

Out of scope (do not submit):

  • Processing, metallurgy, flowsheets, tailings reprocessing, mine operations/optimization.
  • ESG, permitting, supply chains, HR
  • Corporate strategy/financing, or generic AI/platform pitches without exploration results.

Exploration Insight presentations are typically 20 minutes long.

Application deadline is Friday, September 18, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET.

Those short listed by the Working Group will be asked to submit a 3 to 5-minute video summary presentation.
