In October 2023, the CSA approved a project to modernize and enhance NI 43-101 and the proposed rule changes were provided for public comment on June 12, 2025.
This workshop offers an in-depth analysis of the most significant proposed changes to NI 43‑101 and what they mean for mining disclosure, mineral resource and mineral reserve estimation practices, and industry professionals.
Participants will explore how updated definitions, enhanced responsibilities for qualified persons and more prescriptive disclosure and practice standards may affect both regulatory compliance and investor communications.
