Eugene Antonov, MBA, CPA, is a seasoned mining executive with over 25 years of experience spanning operations, finance, and corporate leadership. Currently serving as First Deputy CEO at Navoi Gold in Uzbekistan, Eugene leads the transformation strategy of one of the world's largest gold producers, focusing on operational efficiency, governance, and strategic growth. His previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Trans-Siberian Gold Plc and senior leadership positions at Kinross Gold Corporation and Bema Gold Corporation. Eugene holds an MBA in Mining from the University of Toronto, has completed a Global Executive MBA program in Switzerland, and is a CPA in Canada.
