Dr. Haydon Mort is a British geologist with over 15 years of research and field experience. He is the CEO of Geologize, a critically acclaimed communication training platform that empowers geoscientists and engineers, in academia to industry, to communicate with clarity, authenticity, and impact. With over 60,000 active learners, his approach is widely credited with causing a sea change in how we, as a science and an industry, conduct stakeholder communication. Dr. Mort provides innovative communication strategies grounded in neuroscience, all in pursuit of Geologize’s central mission: to build trust and shift public perception. He is the 2025 recipient of the American Geoscience Institute's prestigous award for Outstanding Contribution to the Public’s Understanding of the Geosciences.
