As we begin planning for PDAC 2026 Convention, we invite industry leaders and experts to join our Exhibitor Advisory Group (EAG). 

This is your opportunity to inform PDAC's planning of exhibits at the world’s premier mineral exploration & mining convention.

The Exhibitor Advisory Group (EAG) meet virtually to provide input on the exhibits experience, major market trends, ideas and feedback.  This input is used to help shape exhibit floor programming, interactive and innovative demonstrations, engaging exhibits and activations.

All registered Exhibitors from the previous year’s convention are eligible to apply to be a member of the EAG. 

Those who are currently on the EAG will need to apply to re-confirm their participation.

The application deadline is Friday, May 2, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. E.T.

First meeting of the EAG will be Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. E.T. via Zoom. A calendar invite will be sent at a later date to confirmed members of the EAG.
