Potential New Exhibitors
NEW Exhibitor applications for PDAC 2026 were released on Tuesday, September 16 at 10 a.m. ET. Booths are allocated on a first come, first served basis depending on the date and time of the application. NOTE: You will not be charged an exhibit rental fee unless you are offered and accept a booth space. We complete offers on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the date and time the application is submitted. We do not provide status updates or booth availability until we reach your application on the list.
To apply, you will need to log in to your PDAC account or create an account at http://events.pdac.ca.
Renewing Exhibitors
All 2025 exhibitors have been given priority renewal before opening applications to new exhibitors. The renewing exhibitor applications were released on June 12 at 10 am. ET. We have sent reminder emails to your PDAC booth representative. If you need to change your representative you can do so by logging into your booth representative's account and clicking on 'Update Booth Representative and Associated Staff" at http://events.pdac.ca.
Renewing exhibitors requesting a relocation/increase are processed one at a time on a first-com first-served basis depending on date and time of application.
The deadline to submit priority renewal applications with full payment was August 14, 2025 at 5 p.m. ET.

Corporate Member 4 day Exhibit Fee

Non-Member 4 day Exhibit Fee

Booth Inclusions
Each 10' wide booth includes:
- 8' black back drape and 3' black side drape
- One (1) 1500-watt, 120-volt (12-amp) duplex electrical outlet
- Four (4) Exhibitor Staff Passes that provide access to the exhibit halls and select programming
- One (1) generic All-Access Pass to be shared between your exhibit staff to allow one person at a time admission to the All-Access programming
- Company listing in the digital/printed Exhibitor Listing and Floor Plans booklet, interactive Exhibitor Directory on the Convention website and onsite directories

Corporate Members
Exhibitors applying for the corporate member booth rate must also submit a 2026 corporate membership application form with payment. PDAC reserves the right to process booth payments at the non-member rate if the membership application form and payment does not accompany the booth application form. Corporate membership payments will be processed upon receipt and are non-refundable.
