Renewing Exhibitors for PDAC 2027
All 2026 exhibitors will be given priority renewal before opening applications to new exhibitors. The Renewing Exhibitor applications will be released in early Summer. Date to be determined. We will send reminder emails to your PDAC 2026 booth representative. If you need to change your representative you can do so by logging in to your booth representative's account and clicking on "Update Booth Representative and Associated Staff" at http://events.pdac.ca
If you wish to relocate/increase your booth space, please submit your renewing application as soon as they are released as we process requests on a first-come first-served basis depending on date and time of application.

Booth Inclusions
Each 10' wide booth includes:
- 8' black back drape and 3' black side drape
- One (1) 1500-watt, 120-volt (12-amp) duplex electrical outlet
- Four (4) Exhibitor Staff Passes that provide access to the exhibit halls and select programming
- One (1) generic All-Access Pass to be shared between your exhibit staff to allow one person at a time admission to the All-Access programming
- Company listing in the digital/printed Exhibitor Listing and Floor Plans booklet, interactive Exhibitor Directory on the Convention website and onsite directories

Corporate Members
Exhibitors applying for the corporate member booth rate must also submit a 2026 corporate membership application form with payment. PDAC reserves the right to process booth payments at the non-member rate if the membership application form and payment does not accompany the booth application form. Corporate membership payments will be processed upon receipt and are non-refundable.
