Please note availability for Sunday, March 2, Monday, March 3 and Tuesday, March 4 is now limited.
Applications are open and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Application forms will be available until February 3, 2025, or until all space has been reserved.
Applications for PDAC 2025 opened on Aug. 2, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. with the past year's renters receiving priority renewal 2 weeks prior.

Presentation & Reception Rooms are your opportunity to network, learn about new products and attend informative presentations and workshops.
All Presentation & Reception Rooms are located in the North Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
Presentation Rooms
Presentation Rooms are a great way to enhance an organization’s visibility, launch a product, present a workshop, meet clients and prospects and/or make a presentation about your mining jurisdiction or company. Room capacities range from approximately 120 - 190 people.
All Presentation Rooms are located in the North Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) and are available for rental from Sunday, March 2 - Wednesday March 5, 2025

- Rental of the Presentation Room on Level 200 of the MTCC, during the designated time period
- Digital signage displaying organization name and title of your event/session, located at the entrance to the assigned room
- Standard room set up:
- Raised head table for three (3) people maximum (cannot be increased due to fire regulations)
- Theatre seating set to maximum capacity, as outlined on floor plans below

- Food and Beverage tables, as outlined on floor plans below
- One (1) podium
- One (1) coat rack
- One (1) skirted registration table with two (2) chairs, located outside of your presentation room

Reception Room
Our Reception Room is perfect for hosting small to medium sized networking events, breakfast/lunch seminars or receptions from 70 - 100 people.

Additional Services
Below services are not included in the rental fee and can be added to your Presentation or Reception room at an additional cost
- Audio visual including equipment, Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), simultaneous interpretation and technical support is available through AV-Canada, our exclusive audio visual provider.
- Please note that the floor plans provided reflect the maximum capacity of the rooms with 2 (two) translation booths installed. The use of two booths is mandatory if you require simultaneous interpretation for your session as interpreters cannot share a booth. If your session does not require simultaneous interpretation please refer to the floor plans without simultaneous interpretation booths.
- Available through the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC), the exclusive food and beverage provider for all events in the building
- Available through Conexsys, our exclusive provider Furniture/décor rentals in addition to the items noted in the standard room setup
- Available through the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) and/or GES, our exclusive providers.
Once the room rental has been confirmed, PDAC will provide contact information for the vendors noted above.
*Please note that applications from organizations that meet our eligibility requirement will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. An agreement will be sent and payment will be requested after applications are tentatively accepted. Payment must be received within 10 business days in order to finalize a booking, otherwise it will be offered to the next group on the wait list.
