PDAC Convention offers limited free meeting space available for attendees to utilize.

 

South Meeting Space

Location: Level 800, Room 803

Hours:

Sunday      9 a.m. - 5 p.m. 
Monday      9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday      9 a.m. - 5 p.m. 
Wednesday       9 a.m. - 12 p.m. 

Free semi-private meeting rooms are available for one-hour bookings per day per attendee. Each room can fit up to 10 people maximum and includes one power outlet. 

All meeting guests must have a PDAC 2026 Convention pass to enter the meeting area.

Online booking is now available. Reserve a room using your computer or mobile device. 

If you need additional space above the 1-hour per day, contact the attendant at [email protected]. Requests will be approved if space permits.

An attendant will be onsite to accept walk-in reservations on a first-come, first-served basis beginning Sunday, March 1, at 9 a.m.

A limited number of individual workstations are available for those seeking a quieter environment. These workstations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, starting Sunday, March 1, at 9 a.m., and can only be reserved through walk-in.

North Meeting Space

VIP Meeting Space & Lounge 

Location: Level 600, Room 602

Wednesday       8 a.m. - 1 p.m. 

Only VIP All Access Pass holders have access to this private and exclusive lounge and meeting space.

The meeting space has seven (7) semi-private, complimentary meeting rooms. Each room can fit up to a maximum of 10 people and includes a power outlet. 

VIP Pass holders will receive the online booking link for meeting space on February 9, 2026. Non-VIP attendees will be permitted in the meeting rooms ONLY.

MTCC Meeting Pods

Locations: 1 person pods: Levels 200 and 600; 4 person pods: Levels 200, 700, and 800

MTCC Meeting Pods are available onsite for short term rental on a paid basis. QR codes displayed on pod screens link directly to the booking app.
