In-Booth Event Application
Exhibitors wishing to hold events in their booth on show days either pre-show, during, or post-show hours are required to submit an in-booth event application.
Show management will accept request forms only from the booth representative. In-booth event applications are due no later than February 10, 2026.
The Event must follow the Terms & Conditions:
- For in-booth events, Exhibitors are required to ensure that attendees are confined to the booth(s) interior. Standing in the aisles, intercepting those in attendance, or intruding on neighbouring booths is also prohibited. PDAC has the right to restrict or evict any Exhibitor that is a disturbance to neighbouring exhibits, creating excess noise or disruption.
- Exhibitors wishing to hold in-booth events pre/post-show floor hours will require approval by Show Management. Special permission to access the show floor may be required.
- Exhibitors will not be permitted to host in-booth events after 12 p.m. on the closing day of the show due to booth dismantling.
- Disregarding the Terms and Conditions may result in the loss of priority renewal for the next Convention.
What happens if the Terms and Conditions are not met?
- Exhibitors will be given verbal and written warnings (booth infraction notices).
- Exhibitors who have previously received infractions notices will lose priority renewal for the upcoming show. Exhibitors can only apply as a new exhibitor the following year.
